Job SummaryWith support, you will help us determine the quantity and order date for materials needed to meet the master production schedule. Initiate supplier schedules or material releases. You will troubleshoot supplier quality and service issues. You will work onsite in the Russellville Plant, reporting to the Maintenance Manager
Position Responsibilities- You will follow good manufacturing practices (GMP) including proper waste disposal, attire, grooming and hygiene.
- You will help us assure accurate inventory level of MRO parts and supplies by determining the quantity and quality based on production needs and inventory min/max levels.
- You will obtain quotes for new parts and supplies/loads new parts into SAP.
- You'll arrange for deliveries to provide a smooth flow of materials consistent with quality considerations
- You will help us with implementation of marketing, R&D, and operations as they relate to materials for assigned facilities and indirect materials
- You will help us identify opportunity to reduce working capital associated with material inventories
- You will lead corrective actions and quality improvement programs with quality assurance, R&D, and vendors.
- You will help monitor vendor quality and service performance while leading lead stockroom personnel and other planners
Position Qualifications- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 3 or more years of experience working as a planner/buyer is required
- Previous experience using an MRO system such as SAP

Compensation: Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
