What You'll Do- Review and process MRP based delivery schedules for suppliers.
- Communicate with suppliers on deliveries and keep management up to date on any supplier delivery issues
- Participate in the Networking Capital project team to help optimize the inventory levels
- Participate in the RIM project to improve availability of parts at point of sale.
- Keep management informed on current workload, issues and future assignments
- Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
- Adhere to company and professional ethics governing the handling of confidential information and the observation of confidentiality
- Maintain professional relationships with company employees, clients and customers, both internal and external
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions both internally and externally
- Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility, and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code Of Conduct.
- Perform special projects as required
What You'll NeedRequired:- Enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration and having completed a minimum of one year of college.
- An outstanding academic performer 3.0 / 4.0 GPA or equivalent academic requirement.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
- Good organizational, planning and follow-up skills
- Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
