The Materials Associate will collaborate with various departments to manage efficient flow of all materials; coordinate movement of inventory between multiple labeling and packaging facilities; and oversee design transitions and manage inventory levels to limit the company's liabilities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Utilize systems and reports to check for replenishment needs and ensure packaging inventory levels are sufficient to meet production schedules
- Confirm daily shortages of materials with internal customers and resolve shortages
- Act as primary internal and external contact for assigned accounts on all packaging concerns
- Verify the accuracy of product and planning data in software systems
- Work closely with Sales and the Forecast Manager to ensure forecast accuracy and resolve planning issues
- Responsible for purchase order management
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Associate's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Material's Management Certificate, or a minimum of two years experience in Supply Chain,Inventory Management, or Procurement
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks under changing circumstances
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and SAP S/4Hana
