The Materials Associate will collaborate with various departments to manage efficient flow of all materials; coordinate movement of inventory between multiple labeling and packaging facilities; and oversee design transitions and manage inventory levels to limit the company's liabilities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Utilize systems and reports to check for replenishment needs and ensure packaging inventory levels are sufficient to meet production schedules
  • Confirm daily shortages of materials with internal customers and resolve shortages
  • Act as primary internal and external contact for assigned accounts on all packaging concerns
  • Verify the accuracy of product and planning data in software systems
  • Work closely with Sales and the Forecast Manager to ensure forecast accuracy and resolve planning issues
  • Responsible for purchase order management

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Associate's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Material's Management Certificate, or a minimum of two years experience in Supply Chain,Inventory Management, or Procurement
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks under changing circumstances
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and SAP S/4Hana
