POSITION:Material Coordinator JOB TYPE:Material Coordinator, W2 Contract LOCATION:Dubuque, IA JOB SUMMARY FOR MATERIAL COORDINATOR: As a Material Coordinator, you will coordinate for production departments the procuring, expediting, producing, and delivering of material on time. Normal working hours first shift, 6:00am-2:30, with potential for OT based on what the production lines are running each week. RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MATERIAL COORDINATOR: Collaborate and recommend solutions to various teams on gaps for material availabilitySupport production operators with finding and resolving material shortagesAudit material and ensure accuracyResolve inventory errors and expedite parts to ensure uninterrupted productionWork critical shortage reports to ensure part availabilityImplement the output from engineering release and change management processDeviation management and adjustmentsSupport the Operational Inventory Accuracy Team or (OIA), with cycle counts and reconciliation REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR MATERIAL COORDINATOR: EducationBachelor's degree in Supply Management, Business Management, Information Technology or Engineering discipline, or 2-3 years of equivalent related work experience SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR MATERIAL COORDINATOR: Supply Management or Manufacturing experienceExcellent people, communication, and relationship management skillsExperience analyzing information to make sound business decisionsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment BENEFITS Medical, Dental, PTO, Holiday tailored to meet your needs. 401K/Match, $15,000 Life Insurance, Award-Winning Employee Care Program.
