The Electromechanical segment provides automation and precision motion control solutions, as well as electrical interconnects, specialty metals, and thermal management systems.Title: Materials CoordinatorWork Location: Aurora, IL, 60504Duration: 12 MonthsJob Type: ContractWork Type: OnsiteShift: 9.00AM-5.00PMJob Description:Traffic Coordinator manages daily manual and clerical duties associated with the receipt of materials and supplies and the shipment of Company product, Company-owned material, and Company Supplier material.Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the proper channels.Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.Make special shipping arrangements as necessary.Prepare bills and invoices.Manage distribution and shipment budgets.Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.Other duties as assigned.Requirements :High School Diploma or equivalent5+ years prior experience with power tools and standard construction tools.5+ years prior experience with Powered Industrial Trucks, i.e. forklifts, order pickers, powered pallet jacks, etc.Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communicationQuick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Excellent customer service and client relations skills.Good collaboration and teamwork abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Advanced data analysis and data visualization.Ability to use computers, software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes.Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions.TekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
