Position Title: Material Coordinator IReady to make your application Please do read through the description at least once before clicking on Apply.Location: Dubuque, IA - 52001As a Material Coordinator located in Dubuque, IA, you will coordinate for production departments the procuring, expediting, producing, and delivering of material on time. Normal working hours first shift, 6:00am-2:30, with potential for OT based on what the production lines are running each week.Collaborate and recommend solutions to various teams on gaps for material availabilitySupport production operators with finding and resolving material shortagesAudit material and ensure accuracyResolve inventory errors and expedite parts to ensure uninterrupted productionWork critical shortage reports to ensure part availabilityImplement the output from engineering release and change management processDeviation management and adjustmentsWhat Skills You Need:Supply Management or Manufacturing experienceExcellent people, communication, and relationship management skillsExperience analyzing information to make sound business decisionsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentWhat Makes You Stand Out:Two or more years of Supply Management or Manufacturing experienceMaterial Flow experience and willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environmentA strong problem solver who can multitaskProficient in SAP and data analyticsEducation:Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:• Bachelor's degree in Supply Management, Business Management, Information Technology or Engineering discipline, or 2-3 years of equivalent related work experience
