Title: Materials Coordinator
Pay Rate: $33-35/hr.
Benefits include health, dental, and vision (eligible on the 1st of the month following your start date).

- Day: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Swing: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- Graveyard: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (must train on day shift*)

Materials Coordinator to work with our client in Santa Clara, CA to facilitate production of complex optical assemblies in a clean-room environment.
Description: - Facilitate production of complex optical assemblies in a cleanroom environment.
- The parts under consideration are primarily new designs, and have never been fabricated before, so close engagement with both research and development (R&D) designers and the fabrication centers is essential to success.
- These projects carry products from the drawing boards of R&D teams to the mainstream production lines. Time to market is a key factor in overall product success, so executing projects on time under very dynamic and sometimes adverse conditions is essential.
- Key responsibilities include receiving and validating material that is delivered to the production line and performing cycle counts to validate correct On Hand Balances (OHB).
Qualifications: - Prior Materials Coordinating experience.
- Able to prioritize work and manage time effectively; create detailed plans for material procurement against the project build schedule
- Able to rapidly and successfully respond to last minute project design and schedule changes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMs, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise System a plus
- Cleanroom experience a plus
