We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Expediter (materials specialist) to join our Utilities division. This position will support the project manager, construction manager and commission manager sourcing materials, issuing purchase orders, tracking, expediting, managing materials and equipment manufacturing process and delivery to storage areas and project sites. This is an on-site role, that will be based in Rochester, NY.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Support the project manager, construction manager and commission manager sourcing materials, issuing purchase orders, tracking, expediting, managing materials and equipment manufacturing process and delivery to storage areas and project sites
• Verification of Bill of Materials
• Supplier Identification
• Commodity Lead Time Analysis
• Order Acknowledgements
• Expediting delivery
• Materials Management
• Communication to Project Managers regarding material schedules.
• Quality control
• Vendor Damage Claim Management

What will you contribute?

• Technical Knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
• SAP Super User

Expected compensation range is between $49,000- $80,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
