Job Summary:
The Materials Handler will be responsible for receiving all materials from the Pressroom as well as from all finishing machines. You will log the materials according to their respective locations, ensuring proper inventory management.
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School diploma or GED/HiSET is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills are essential.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Ability to learn quickly and perform work safely and productively.
- Reliable; good attendance is a must.
- Willingness to work required overtime as needed.
- Ability to work efficiently at a rapid pace.
- Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Continuous standing, frequent walking, stooping, and occasional sitting, crouching, and reaching/working overhead are required.
- Good visual acuity and manual dexterity are necessary.
- Mandatory use of hearing protection and safety shoes.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM - 40 hours/week
- Overtime pays time and a half after 40 hours per week.
