We are looking for a dynamic member to join our team in Clarksville, TN

Pay: $21 per hour

Hours: Days

* Description

* Manage the movement of product through the production area

* Ensure that standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are followed and that all work is done in compliance to ensure maximum quality

* Assist in leading and developing a high performance team

* Assist in efforts to increase employee satisfaction and strengthen employee culture

* Provide effective guidance to achieve the required quality and production goals

* Ensure that product is in the process at all times. Plan and organize work for efficient operations.

* Achievement of daily, monthly and annual team targets

* Promotes a safe working environment and monitors compliance activities to support the safety program

* Experience

* 1-2 years of Materials Experience

* Leadership Experience

* Computer skills

* Manufacturing Experience

* Microsoft Office experience

* Education

* High School Diploma or equivalent
