REGENT is building the seaglider; the first electric flying machine that will transport commercial passengers. With a vehicle that never flies higher than a few meters off the water, we unlock the ability to fly twice as far as an electric aircraft, and certification by maritime authorities which will let us fly first passengers by mid-decade.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain as a Materials Management Specialist at REGENT, you will have the opportunity to leverage your knowledge, experience, and creativity to perform a wide range of warehouse activities to include; maintenance associated with inventory accuracy, material relocation, and material movement error resolution to support the production of seagliders. In addition, you will participate in material handling including inbound, outbound, inventory, and repackaging activities. Commitment to high-quality standards. The successful candidate for this role will be high-energy, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative. Planning, organizing, and prioritizing skills will be key as well as the ability to assess, solve, and analyze root causes of problems.

Maintain warehouse supply inventoriesManage product inventory and communicate inventory levels to the Supply Chain Manager and Inventory Manager Perform periodic inventory counts (cycle counting) per procedureUnload shipping containers, organizing and maintaining supplies Receive, reconcile, and put away inbound freight shipments Generating Kits for outbound support of work ordersMaintain traceability of all parts Conduct part/inventory auditsPull samples from inbound cargo/shipments for quality control analysisPick, pull, wrap, stack, and configure freight for outbound shipmentsSupport general material handling requests from leadership and team members Participate in group efforts to foster an environment based on continuous improvement Provide input into safety, quality, and throughput opportunities. 3+ years of experience in a Warehouse environmentExperience in Logistics and Supply ChainPrevious forklift and scissor lift experience in a warehouse environmentStrong understanding of the full Supply Chain Model and how it affects other aspects of the business Experience with ERP/Inventory management software tools Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite /Google Sheets. Forklift and/or Scissor lift CertificationExperience in an aerospace, marine, automotive, or similar warehouse environment.
