Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement inventory management policies and procedure
- Monitor and analyze sales trends and demand forecast for strategic decisions on procurement/replenishment
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Train, recruit, hire and mentor inventory staff
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in inventory management
- 5+ years of experience working in face-paced distribution or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Lean principles and Six Sigma
- Experience using inventory management software, WMS, and ERP. Preferably SAP.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
- Onsite Monday-Friday.
