Job Description:
Logistic System Analyst - Waynesburg, PAThis role is responsible for the logistical processing of customer orders, including coordination with vendors, sales personnel, billing representatives and customers. Need to have Microsoft systems experience and an eye for detail and data input. The role includes defining the use of data and applications, new user's orientation and first-level contact for day-to-day user support. It also ensures the application is being utilized effectively for best practices.Title Logistics Coordinator - Waynesburg PA Reports to Branch Manager and/or Field Supervisor Post Date 2024-11-06 Division Strad USA Department Equipment Rentals Location or Area Waynesburg, PA Country United States Subordinates N/A Safety Sensitive Yes FLSA Status ExemptMajor Responsibilities* Provide day-to-day logistical application support to users for both office and field level.* Troubleshoot problems and find solutions that maintain the integrity of data and inventory management.* Liaison with Application Support Team to trouble shoot for end user's technical issues or concerns related to application issues.* Demonstrate effective project management methodologies and process mapping ability for departmental projects.* Coordinate daily booking and scheduling of transportation for operations, including soliciting, negotiating and final agreements.* Ensure transport compliance with permits, licensing and registration of trucks and miscellaneous documents is in place.* Administer quality control of all incoming field paperwork for accuracy and detail prior to creating transaction in system.* Create daily transactions for Rental Contracts and Tickets in asset tracking system for all revenue (including rental equipment, service, transportation, 3rd party chargebacks, etc.)* Ensure clean hand off to Billing Coordinators for timely and accurate billing to* Create daily purchase orders for operations and weekly follow up on incomplete PO's.* Assist with transportation quotes for Sales and* Maintain asset inventory accuracy and integrity within* Requires on call, after hours and weekendKnowledge, Education, Skills & Qualifications* Bachelor's degree or a related field experience is preferred.* Strong system knowledge and experience, with an emphasis data input and auditing.* Operations experience with field to office processes is preferred.* 5+ years of demonstrated process management, partnership with IT to deliver business solutions, and the ability to understand operational and financial support systems is required.* Ability to deal with stressful situations and come to workable solutions* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization.* Strong planning and organizational skills.* Strong customer service attitude.* Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required, Dynamics NAV experience an asset.* Ability and willingness to travel occasionally.Health and Safety:All Employees as a minimum must:* Take reasonable care to prevent harm to themselves* Consider the potential for harm to others or the environment that may be caused by their acts or omissions* Work in accordance with information and training provided* Refrain from intentionally misusing or recklessly interfering with anything that has been provided for Health, Safety and Environmental reasons* Report any hazardous defects in plant, equipment and workplace, or shortcomings in the existing controls, to a responsible person without delay.* Not undertake any task for which authorization and/or training has not been given.Apply NowApplicants are considered for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, veteran status, or disability, or any other factor protected by applicable federal, state and local law.
