PRIMARY RESPONSIBNILITIES:* Work in South Texas primarily with possible rotational schedule in West Texas. Schedule will be a 14/14 or 10/4.* Collaborate closely with customer field representatives to effectively execute NOV Frac operations.* Facilitate onboarding of NOV Frac products across allbasins in the US.* Provide field technical support to customers for NOV Frac products.* Assist with development and implementation of new product offerings, i.e., gathering information, field implementation strategies, etc.* Initiate incident investigations, report up in a timely manner, and partake in devising a solution.* When on location, observe the condition of all NOV equipment, and report any deficiencies accordingly.* Conduct field installations and calibrations of sensors and systems.* Perform field upgrades of software and hardware and train customers on how to properly operate the system.* Maintain the highest level of professionalism and work with honesty and integrity, maintaining customer service.* Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner.* Another duty, responsibility, or task assigned by manager.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:* AA Degree and/or equivalent education with 5+ years' experience preferred.* Wireline, Fishing, Coil or Completion Tools equivalent: 5+ years preferred.* Knowledge of oil and gas field components, including software and hardware.* Strong technical background working with downhole tools utilized in pump down operations, including wireline setting tools, frac plugs, and perforating guns.* Ability to work in all basin regions in the US.* Available to work weekends and holidays as needed to support customer field operations.* Pneumatic and hydraulic background preferred.* Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.* Electrical background preferred.* Good verbal and written communication skills.* Initiative-taking and meticulous.* Leadership skills.* Ability to lead and assist other techs and colleagues.* Bi-lingual preferred but not required.* Must pass a national background check and a motor vehicle report.
