Medical, dental vision, 401k and many other benefits are available without a waiting period.Summary:This is an entry level position for production; Marion is a LAP Facility Load, Assemble and Pack. The ability to maintain a constant, quick, pace on an assembly line is required. Visual inspection skills are needed to spot imperfections in a finished, assembled, part.ResponsibilitiesMust be able to work all shifts and overtime, as requiredPackage finished products and prepare for shipment.Performs assembly line tasks in a manufacturing setting.Ensure the production line runs smoothly and efficiently.Inspecting assembled products to verify they meet quality standards.Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.Inspecting product for any defects and flaws.Previous background in assembly and pack is a plus.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED OR equivalent combination of experiencePreferred Qualifications:Production experience (assembly and pack) is preferredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with supervision and fellow employeesMust have the ability to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety signs and instructionsMust be able to perform basic mathMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsPre-employment background and medical screening will be required if selected for hire.Must be able to work all shifts and overtime, as requiredOther Requirements:The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only.
