The opportunity

The MCM Operations Specialist supports managing overall operational process improvement projects and thorough documentation of SOPs and workflows. MCM Operations Specialist is aligned with Head of MCM Operations and collaborates with MCM leadership team, IT and external vendors to ensure operational excellence across the organization.

How you'll spend your day

* Responsible for managing business issues across MCM which require operational and/or technical solution

* Analyze and document operational processes through workflows and identify opportunities for improvement for MCM operations

* Track operational metrics across MCM organization against benchmarks, KPIs, and target metrics to achieve MCM goals

* Create and execute improvement projects

* Develop, maintain and provide process expertise in order to deliver knowledge transfer to cross-functional teams

* Oversee compliance of all MCM assets by managing expirations dates of digital and print assets and work with US Brand teams and MCM team to ensure proper update

* Perform other duties as assigned by management

Your experience and qualifications

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Education/Certification/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, IT, healthcare, business or related area

* At least 1 year of experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry in full time or internship level preferred

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
