- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, No call
- ACLS and BLS needed
- 8 - 13 cases per provider
- General, ortho, OB, vascular, urology & must be able to do ultrasound guided regional blocks
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
