Requirements:• Active CO License or IMLC• BC (Interventional Cardio)• Active DEA• At least 2 yrs of experience• Must be available for dates listed to be considered for ongoing dates.• Must acknowledge/understand the EMR training requirements.• Clean record (preferred) or Self-inquiry NPDB report is required.
