Global Head of Alpha Middle Office Product Development - Managing DirectorWho we are looking for:The ideal candidate will be a visionary product leader with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the financial services industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our middle office products, including Cash, Transaction Management, Derivatives, Complex Instruments, Account Services, Investment Accounting, Collateral and Financial Reconciliation, ensuring that they remain competitive and meet the evolving needs of our market.What you will be responsible for:
  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a product strategy for middle office solutions that aligns with the overall business goals of State Street Alpha.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Product Ideation: Generate innovative product ideas and concepts that address key market opportunities and challenges.
  • Product Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, features, and user experiences.
  • Prototyping: Develop and test prototypes to validate product concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and manage a product roadmap that outlines the development and launch timeline for new features and enhancements.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and technology partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from development to deployment.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex financial products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to Influence stakeholders
