Primary Care Physician Needed East of Salt Lake City

- Salary of up to $300,000 (depends on experience)- 100% Outpatient Primary Care, however if you want to take inpatient shifts, you can for shift pay- 18-20 ppd- NO CALL- 4 or 4.5 day work week options- Extensive benefits- 401k with 7.5% match
