The Global Process Driver owns the design, development and launch of new features, capabilities, and improvements within existing applications or in the development of new applications within the Regulatory Operations System team portfolio in support of the global MD RA community.

This role works closely with the Franchise and Regional Regulatory Affairs groups in the establishment and implementation of lean, harmonized processes across the Global RA COE which may be supported by applications and automation to ensure process goals are achieved or exceeded.

The Global Process Driver will collaborate with both Regulatory Affairs and IT partners to translate business requirements into application functional specs to build innovative solutions. In this, the role will use Process Excellence tools and methodologies to standardize and streamline processes and partner closely with RA business unit and regional leaders and SMEs to champion continued process improvement.

****Your Role:****

* Work with end users, key SMEs, and business leadership to identify business value of application improvements, prioritization of development goals, and management of backlog

* Conducting application demo presentations with summary of improvements and features to leadership, key SMEs, and end users

* Participate in program increment (PI) planning to support the development of stories and providing guidance/clarification in the interpretation of business requirements by the development team

* Leading the Global RA COE in using tools, initiating change, and applying sound process improvement methodology and assists in the application of appropriate controls to supervise and maintain results and further continuous improvement

* Support the establishment of application performance metrics to the Global RA COE to measure the effectiveness of current processes/tools

* Owns the development and implementation of regulatory procedures, work instructions and job aides that are related to the applications

* Lead efforts to support and train the global user base in the utilization of established applications including ongoing training and communication activities

* Identify, benchmark and influence adoption of best practices

* Coaches and mentors team to foster their personal and professional development

**Qualifications**

****Required Skills:****

* A minimum of Bachelor of Science in any related field with a minimum of 6 + years of relevant business experience.

* Ability to continuously assess the effectiveness of functional processes and to lead progressive improvement initiatives

* Experience in leading multi-functional interactions between systems, processes, and business teams

* Experience with process develop methodologies (agile) and tools such as Visio or Promapp

* Proven project management skills with solid ability to influence in a highly multi-functional environment

* Ability to work closely in a multi-functional environment, building relationships and collaboration across local and global organizations

* Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills, able to quickly build credibility within Franchises and Regions

* Firm understanding of regulatory requirements, processes, and terminology

* Excellent detail orientation and communication skills

****Preferred Skills:****

* Experience with global/regional regulatory software/tools such as MDRIM, TDAL, Trackwise, etc.

* Familiarity with large datasets, understanding of data processing and analysis workflows

* Project manager certification

* Experience with visualization software/tools such as Tableau, etc.

* Solid understanding of data integration and warehousing

* Comfortable delivering with minimal oversight

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS****:** (Key Tasks and Responsibilities)

- Reports to work on time and is on the dishwashing station as indicated on the weekly work schedule. Uniform meets restaurant requirements and is maintained and clean.

- Cleans front of the house areas, as assigned. These areas include but are not limited to, floors, bar floors/mats, windows, trash cans and restrooms, prior to opening of the restaurant.

- Cleans and performs routine maintenance to the exterior of the building according to the housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance schedule established by the kitchen and other managers.

- Sets up and breaks down dish machine, including arms, screens, and baskets on a daily basis. Cleans and polishes machine thoroughly.

- Checks dish machine to be sure it is operating correctly and immediately reports any defects to a member of the management team.

- Washes, stores and stocks all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment to ensure sufficient quantities are on hand to meet the needs of the business.

- Checks, on a frequent basis, the water temperature of the dish machine during dishwashing operation to ensure correct temperature.
