We are looking for MDs to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position part time or full time.
We specialize in proprietary software, hardware and patented technology solutions, challenging the status quo healthcare delivery. The solutions bridge the gaps between patients, primary and specialty care and laboratory services. We believe that cost-effective quality healthcare can be delivered directly to every home.

- The niche we fill are home bound and patients with poor technology literacy (i.e., without internet access, smart phones, or laptops/desktops).
Responsibilities:
- The staff provider will care for the member directly through scheduled visits utilizing video or phone capabilities.
- Work full-time role defined as shifts of varying lengths Monday through Friday totaling 40 hours a week, weekends are available (days are flexible).
- Working part time requires 20 hours a week.
- Work closely with the operation team to ensure the patient's medical needs are fulfilled.
- Be comfortable with varying types of visits including acute care, primary longitudinal care, managed care, community services referrals and forms.
- Complete online charts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory board certification in one or more of the following specialties: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics Medicine.
- Active state licensure in NY is mandatory. Active NY Medicaid and Medicare number is mandatory.
- Bilingual skills preferred, but not mandatory (Spanish, Mandarin, or Bengali).
- Experience in telemedicine is a plus.
- Must be able to provide one clinical reference.
- Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients.
- Passionate regarding the delivery of high-quality medical care.
