- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, No call
- BLS and DOT certification required and prefer someone who can work solo
- 30 - 40 patients per day, must see all ages
- Suture and splint strongly preferred but not required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
