- Must have active state license
- Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
- Ideally looking for someone with at least 3 yrs of urology experience
- 30 patients per day, mix of geriatric (50%) and adult (50%)
- Board certification preferred or be at least board eligible
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
