Description and Responsibilities- Adds reference annotations to final PDFs of promotional materials for OPDP submission
- Highlights and back-annotates corresponding references for OPDP submission
- Supplies missing reference annotations and/or references
- Completes multiple projects under extremely tight deadlines
- Helps proofread package inserts, medication guides, brief summaries, and other labeling documents
Skills and KnowledgeRequired:- Well versed in Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical LMR review process
- Ability to focus on detailed, repetitious tasks for long periods
- Flexibility in meeting strict deadlines
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
Preferred:- Knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical terminology and federal regulations governing pharmaceutical advertising
- Experience in writing and/or editing professional promotional, med ed, or related materials
- Pharma ad agency experience
Education and Experience Requirements- Bachelor's degree in English/journalism/mass communications or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of referencing submissions for LMR and/or OPDP review
- Minimum 5 years of proofreading experience, preferably in the medical/pharmaceutical field
