Role Overview

The MDM Product Manager for Enterprise Analytics with a focus on Human Resources will play a critical role in managing the company's employee master data, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of this data across systems. This role will serve as a key point of contact between HR, IT, and Enterprise Analytics teams to ensure data governance best practices are implemented and that HR data supports analytics needs throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both HR processes and data governance, and will be able to influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Master Data Ownership: Manage and maintain the integrity of the employee master data, ensuring it is consistent, accurate, and accessible across all relevant systems.
  • Data Governance: Lead data quality initiatives, working closely with HR and IT teams to ensure that the data is compliant with security, privacy, and governance standards.
  • Collaboration with HR Stakeholders: Work with HR teams to understand their analytics needs and ensure that data solutions align with HR objectives and company-wide goals.
  • Integration with Other Systems: Facilitate the integration of employee data with other organizational systems to provide a holistic view of performance.
  • Drive Analytics Strategy: Support People Analytics by developing scalable data models and architecture to enable advanced HR analytics and AI-driven insights.
  • Project Management: Guide and manage data-related projects from start to finish, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business objectives.
  • Skills and Experience Needed to Succeed:

    • MDM and Data Management Expertise: At least 8 years of hands-on experience working with MDM tools and data management technologies.
    • HR Data Knowledge: A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics and data management, with a strong understanding of HR processes, systems (e.g., Workday, SAP HR), and data privacy regulations.
    • Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python for data investigation and analysis. You'll need to be comfortable performing data checks and resolving issues reported by users.
    • Data Modeling: Strong experience in building data models and logical data architectures for business applications, particularly within the HR domain.
    • Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior management. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment on complex data initiatives.
    • Project Management Skills: Experience in managing complex data projects, including integrations, migrations, and governance initiatives.
