Role Overview
The MDM Product Manager for Enterprise Analytics with a focus on Human Resources will play a critical role in managing the company's employee master data, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of this data across systems. This role will serve as a key point of contact between HR, IT, and Enterprise Analytics teams to ensure data governance best practices are implemented and that HR data supports analytics needs throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both HR processes and data governance, and will be able to influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Master Data Ownership: Manage and maintain the integrity of the employee master data, ensuring it is consistent, accurate, and accessible across all relevant systems.
- Data Governance: Lead data quality initiatives, working closely with HR and IT teams to ensure that the data is compliant with security, privacy, and governance standards.

Skills and Experience Needed to Succeed:
- MDM and Data Management Expertise: At least 8 years of hands-on experience working with MDM tools and data management technologies.
- HR Data Knowledge: A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics and data management, with a strong understanding of HR processes, systems (e.g., Workday, SAP HR), and data privacy regulations.
