The MDS Assistant position acts as an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team working proactively to assist the Clinical Reimbursement and Standards Coordinator in the RAI process to ensure qualify resident care and positive outcomes. See Job Description for Additional DetailsRequired Education & Experience EDUCATION: Completion of a four year high school course or equivalent, and graduation from a basic educational program in practical (vocational) nursing with diploma. EXPERIENCE: One year of experience as a staff nurse preferred. CERTIFICATION: Current license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse issued by the NH Board of Nursing.
