Exempt, Full-time, Hours Negotiable. Pay range $80,000 to $85,000, based on experience. Sign on bonus $6,000 paid in installments. Kendal at Ithaca is looking for an MDS Coordinator to support our beautiful 48-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate must have current licensure by the State of New York as a Registered Nurse with experience in long-term care setting and Minimum Data Set (MDS) preferred. It is important for the candidate to possess good observation, documentation, and communication skills as well as a strong desire to work with elderly residents in a team centered skilled nursing environment. Successful candidate will also display leadership skills and must be able to function collaboratively with interdisciplinary team to ensure timely completion of assessments. The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring resident care plans remain up to date in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Submit resume and application form.
