Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **MDS Coordinator - Long Term Care** to work at a Facility in **Mandan, ND.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pmRate: $69.00/hr.Description:· Must be RN· This position provides care to assignedresidents in a caring, safe and efficient manner and is responsible to perform the following according to location standards, procedures and individualized resident care plans.· Completes the assigned portions of the MDS for Nursing. Signs the MDS forms to signify completion of the process. Maintains residents' self esteem, privacy andconfidentiality of personal information. Assists to maintain safe, pleasant, orderly resident living areas. Completes nursing portion of MDS and reviews for completion and validity of entire process. Queries other members for accuracy of MDS; and provides final quality check prior to MDS transmission. Receives and shares information. Observes and reports residents' conditions. Communicates with physicians using center/campus systems. Directs and assists with co-worker, resident, family/significant other education. Provides support and recognition· to co-workers related to completion of the RAI / MDS process. Uses the EMR accurately.If interested, please apply through this job post.
