Position Overview:Pontotoc Health and Rehab Center is seeking a knowledgeable, energetic, and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an MDS Nurse. In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with our medical team to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans and facilitate the MDS process.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.
- Facilitate the MDS (Minimum Data Set) process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist patients with Medicare and health insurance processes.
- Handle high volumes of data and complex medical reports with precision.
- Quickly assess and make critical decisions about patient care.
