- Assist the kitchen help with the packaging of home bound meals
- Deliver the home bound meals to the designated clients in a timely manner
- Maintain paperwork and documentation of meals delivered
- Return all coolers and containers to the center before leaving work
- Report any changes noticed in the home bound client to the center supervisor
- Attend any trainings as directed by PACS
- Any other duties as requested by the center coordinator or the PACS Aging Director
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have valid Drivers License
- TB skin test
- Criminal Background Check
