CMM programming in automotive manufacturing experience (some experience would be fine)Utilizing Polyworks software with Blue light/Client/Faro operation experience (Polyworks software is a must have)CAD experienceCollege BS or other technical degree or min. 5 yrs. experience in field of metrology (any one is fine)This position is 5 days onsite.Job duties:Perform measurements of stamping dies, identify gaps to target.Perform measurements of stamping g panels and sub-assemblies to determine statistical stamped panel quality for accuracy and formability.Perform measurements for PxP and nominal fit vehicle analysis.Uses technical expertise to analyze measurement data and make appropriate recommendations to Stamping PE and D/M on next steps.Scan completed dies and mesh data for utilization for company's die repair and copy die preparation.V2Soft is an Equal Opportunity Employer ( EOE). - to view all of our open opportunities and to learn more about our benefits.
