Assist guests with finding items they are looking for on or off the sales floor. Receives, prepares, and fulfills guest orders and other special requests Provides excellent guest services by professionally answering department telephone or in on the sales floor. Supports teammates and positively contributes to the culture of the Meat Department. Addresses guest concerns and resolves issues by practicing the boomerang principle. Ensures high standard quality control by inspecting, rotating, maintaining proper temperatures, and replenishing all meat products on display. Maintains proper inventory levels in Meat Department (containers, wraps, tags, etc.)Maintains food safety logs and leads by example through following proper procedure. Ensures all quality standards are being met, including quantity expectations at 100% by 10 am and 5 pm. Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
