Overview:

As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and packaging meat products according to established standards. This is a vital role in our food production process, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality meat products.

Must Have Reliable Transportation

Open Availability Required

Must Be 18 Years Of Age Or Older

Duties:

- Perform meat cutting and trimming tasks using knives and other cutting tools

- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to maintain product quality and freshness

- Package and label meat products for display or storage

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cutting area and equipment

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selection and answering any questions they may have
