This role offers a no-expereince necessary opportunity for individuals aspiring to start in the industry, as it has been the foundation for many of our senior employees' success stories.Primary Responsibilities:
- Box and carry out customer orders, ensuring proper packaging.
- Assist with assorted tasks including grinding meat, aiding in sausage production, and maintaining cleanliness on the production floor.
- Handle packaging tasks using equipment like thermoform fill-seal packages, vacuum sealers, and more.
- Properly label products with the help of a deli scale and a computer-controlled industrial label printer.
- Assist in stock reception and storage.
- Adhere strictly to USDA food safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.
