Job Duties:
- Prepare meat products in a fast-paced environment for feeding lines and further processing
- Utilize tools, processes, and materials to process and package meat products within scheduled timelines
- Adhere to Food Safety requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Conduct visual inspection of meat products to meet specifications
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or GED preferred
- Prior experience in production, warehouse, food processing, or similar environment preferred
- Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, walking, and driving for extended periods
- Lifting and carrying various weights
- Pushing/pulling, climbing, stooping/squatting, kneeling, bending, and reaching
