The Meatball Machine Operator is responsible for the efficient operation of meatball production machinery to ensure high-quality product output while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role involves machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance within a fast-paced production environment. Key Accountabilities and Outcomes Set up and operate meatball machines in accordance with production schedules and product specifications. Monitor machine performance to ensure consistent production flow and product quality. Adjust settings and perform minor troubleshooting to address production variances.
