The Monett R-1 School District is in need of a caring and motivated paraprofessional to work in the MECC Student Support Room for the 2024-25 school year. The job of the Student Support Paraprofessional is to be a member of a team working with students who may be missing classroom readiness skills, self regulation, and emotional coping skills at the Preschool and Kindergarten level. Paraprofessionals will be involved in teaching PreK-K students to recognize emotions, how to use coping skills, and implementing school based behavioral supports and instructional plans designed for individual students.
