$4000 Hiring Bonus

Starting pay is $24.32 per hour plus shift differential

Shift: 6 PM - 6 AM, 4 days on, 4 days off

What You'll Do:

* Utilize your mechanical knowledge in maintaining a high-speed can manufacturing line.

* Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems.

* Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010.

* Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity.

We Need You To Have:

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalency.

* 2 or more years mechanical experience preferred.

* A can do, will do attitude.

* A desire to operate and maintain Silgan's high-speed industrial can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements.
