United Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State, Inc. d/b/a Constructive Partnerships Unlimited (CP Unlimited) is one of New York City's largest and most wide spread Community Living Organizations CP Unlimited is currently seeking a full time Mechanic/Plumber to install new plumbing equipment, braze and solder as needed, perform minor repairs on electrical, carpentry, window repairs, wall and floor tile repairs, executes general preventive maintenance program on equipment, systems, and furnishings in apartments and facilities and Drives agency vehicle to and from assignments to take care of emergencies/routine work and deliveries. To qualify 2 years' plumbing experience, must go through a criminal background check, valid NYS driver's license, must be within acceptance of insurance limitations of CP Unlimited vehicles and the ability to travel to our properties in all five boroughs. CP Unlimited Mechanic /Plumber position is an 1199 Union position that offers excellent benefits. The salary for this position is 28.02 hourly.
