Supervises:
Primary Purpose: Perform the Lubrication Preventive Maintenance on District vehicles to prevent premature equipment failure.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification: High School graduate, or GED preferred. Class B CDL with proper endorsements, State School Bus Driver Certification, good driving record, pass D.O.T. physical, pre-employment drug test, and background check.
Special Knowledge Skills: Ability to perform preventive maintenance on district vehicles. Must safely drive a school bus in all weather and road conditions. Must have the ability to manage, communicate, and interact with students of all ages in a professional way.
Experience: Previous experience in preventive maintenance preferred
Major Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with carrying out the responsibilities and duties associated with preventive maintenance in a safe and efficient district vehicle fleet.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Manage bus riders while driving a bus.

Maintain emotional control under stress. Frequent districtwide travel; occasional prolonged or irregular hours. Be Able to lift 75 lbs.
