Mechanical Assembler-$25/Hour-Start ASAPDescription:A manufacturer of municipal trucks in Omaha, NE has an immediate opening for a mechanical assembler. You will be assembling truck chassis and installing hydraulic systems and low voltage electrical components. Candidates must have at least 1 year of previous assembly experience.Hours:1st Shift: Monday thru Friday 6:00AM to 4:30PM2nd Shift: Monday thru Thursday 8:00PM to 6:00AMPay: $18-25/hourKey Responsibilities:Responsible for various types of installation mechanics from ground level of truck assemblyBuilds and/or modifies equipment in accordance to established specifications to meet specific project requirementsFollow blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to complete assemblies.Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble and fit components.Perform quality checks to ensure parts are properly installed and meet specifications.Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues.Qualifications:1 year of assembly experienceHydraulic and 12-volt electrical knowledge is a huge plusMust have your own basic tool setBenefits:We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience.Regular hours with potential for overtime.Health benefits (Vision, dental, health, & 401K)Skills:Mechanical AssemblyHand and Power ToolsElectricalMechanicalMechanicAbout Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
