In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Team. Our ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and basic mechanical aptitude. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside top industry professionals.Mechanical Assembler AssistantYour Roles/Responsibilities:
  • Assist skilled labor with general tasks to facilitate smooth operations
  • Independently perform routine assembly tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Organize and prepare project materials, including kitting and arranging components
  • Handle packing and shipping of systems and components, ensuring proper packaging and documentation
  • Clean and prepare parts for painting to maintain quality standards
  • Conduct general shop cleaning to uphold a tidy and safe work environment
  • Perform light facility maintenance tasks as required to ensure the functionality of the workspace
  • Support team members by preparing and organizing tools, materials, and parts needed for assembly
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to enhance the efficiency of assembly processes
Your Profile/Qualifications/Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical School or Machining Apprenticeship, preferred
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Required to attend Fork Truck training and obtain certification
