As a **Mechanical Assembler** based in Morgan Hill, CA you will have responsibility for performing electro-mechanical assembly, including basic soldering, chassis assembly, and final instrument integration. You will also responsible for performing various product testing and verification.

Key Responsibilities include:

* On Time Delivery

* Return Rate (internal/external)

* First Pass Yields

* Inventory Accuracy

* Cycle Time Improvement

* This position will be reporting to the Production Manager based in Morgan Hill, CA

Requirements :

* Be able to move large test equipment (approximately 50 pounds)

* Good aptitude for mechanical assembly (1-2 years experience preferred)

* Can read assembly drawings and procedures, including Anritsu workmanship standards

* Have good attention to detail

* Various soldering processes

* Understanding of Kanban processes
