Hiring Mechanical AssemblersJob Description:We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler. In this role you will work on an assembly line, utilizing hand and power tools to build various parts for trailers and other equipment. Each assembler is responsible for their own section, ensuring the parts are assembled correctly.Key Responsibilities:Assemble trailers using hand and power toolsWork on a designated section of the trailer, ensuring accuracy and efficiencyCollaborate with team members to maintain production speedsEnsure quality control throughout the assembly process.Shifts:1st shift, 5:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Thursday, OT on Friday2nd shift, 3:30pm-1:00am, Monday-Friday, OT would be an early startQualifications:Mechanically inclined with relevant experience (e.g., working on cars, previous mechanical assembly roles, or construction/home remodel work).Work Environment:Standard manufacturing environmentSteel-toe boots, safety glasses, and regular work jeans are requiredNoise levels can be loud when certain tools are in useTrailers are lightweight due to the use of aluminumMust be comfortable working in a shop and team environment, as the assembly line relies on maintaining the pace.Benefits:Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401kIf you have a strong mechanical experience and enjoy working in a hands-on, team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply!About Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
