Job Title: Mechanical Assembler and Control Panel WirersLooking for Mechanical Assemblers AND Control Panel WirersIncrease in pay after 3 months and 6 months!Description:• Interpret assembly and elevation drawings• Construct electrical cabinets• Read tape measure• Experience using manual hand tools (wrench, screwdriver, pliers)• Experience with power tools (drill, impact, pneumatic torque wrench)• Follow control document procedures•Follow wiring diagrams and schematics•Install pre-wired panel into control box•Terminate wiring based on schematics•Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot•Read, and understand blueprints, schematic drawings to determine wiring layoutJob Requirements• At least 2 years' experience as a Mechanical Assembler, Machine Builder or even Automotive Mechanic working in a more job shop environment and not on an assembly line• Must have knowledge of electrical symbols and schematics• Perform basic computer skills• Must be able to use shop equipment and hand tools• Perform basic math functions including an understanding of fractions and decimals• Must take direction, follow instruction and work with others with a positive attitudeSkills:Mechanical Assembler, Blueprint, Control Panel, Buss Wiring, Wiring Diagram, Control Box, Terminate wiring, Diagnose, Troubleshoot, Wiring Layout, Electrical Symbols, Voltmeter, Hand Tools, Power Tools, Assembler, Heavy Assembler, Machine Builder, Wiring, Electrical, Schematic, Electrical assembly, Panel builder, Power tool, Hand tool, Conduit, CableAutomotive mechanics and lube technicians work really well here!Work Site:BRAND NEW FACILITY!
