DETAILS: Title: Mechanical Assembler Location: Fayetteville, TN Type: Temp Contract Position Compensation: $19/hr - $24/hr + Benefits+ Bonus Job Title: Mechanical Assembler OVERVIEW: Mechanical Assembler We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our team at an Industry Leading Company. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for setting up and preparing a new facility to be used for manufacturing testing procedures. Responsibilities: Mechanical Assembler
- Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components for a new lab testing facility
- Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools
- Safely operates equipment as directed
- Performs on-line testing and inspection activities
- Complies with all requirements of Quality System in accordance with ISO9001
- In accordance with company procedures, cleans and prepares units for next operation
- Maintains all aspects of workplace organization
- Communicate consistently on all activities to appropriate individuals
- Maintain ongoing communication and adhere to all Company policies to eliminate and or reduce exposure to liability
- Special projects or work as assigned by the Supervisor
- Required to maintain accurate records
- Will be required to participate in Small Group meetings
- Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice
Requirements: Mechanical Assembler
- Candidates with production (manufacturing) experience and strong mechanical processes are highly desirable.
- The ideal candidate should be familiar with testing equipment, instruments, and related safety procedures, blue print interpretation, and electrical wiring practices.
- The position requires the ability to handle a minimum of 2-3 tasks simultaneously on a frequent basis.
