Job Summary We are seeking a Full-time, team member for our Second shift (1:00pm to 9:30pm) Riley Power's Service Centers is a leading supplier of quality parts and services and offers 100 plus years of rebuild experience. Riley also supplies high quality parts and performs expert reconditioning, core to pulverizer rebuilds or upgrades on any boiler or similar equipment, regardless of original manufacturer, returning it to original OEM specifications for optimum performance and longevity. All work is performed at our Tyler, Texas facility.We offer: Paid training, Paid Holidays Paid vacation, Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 401K Plan with matching Contributions Essential Responsibilities:
  • Disassemble, clean and re-assemble rotating equipment to include bearings
  • Operation of Overhead Crane and Forklifts
  • Conduct regular repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Evaluate condition and determine improvements on specific rebuilds.
  • Help maintain the service center through 5S initiatives and good housekeeping practices.
  • Perform all day-to-day production tasks, reaction to production demands as directed.
  • You should assume you may be asked to work overtime on occasion.
Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
    • Must Adhere to all personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety guidelines at all times.
    • Team player who continues to improve as an individual and helps the team to achieve successful goal attainment
    • Be dependable
    • HS diploma or equivalent required.
    • Experience with precision measuring tools a plus (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
    • Experience with coal pulverizer equipment and welding a plus.
    • Good organization skills, ability, willingness to return components and parts properly in their place.
    • Ability to work overtime as needed.
