The Metal Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling and fabricating metal components and parts according to engineering specifications, blueprints, or schematics. This role involves working with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to ensure high-quality assembly of mechanical systems or products. work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit metal parts and subassemblies according to specifications and blueprints.

• Operate various tools and machinery, such as grinders, drills, saws, and hydraulic presses.

• Perform mechanical assembly tasks using screws, bolts, rivets, and welding as required.

• Inspect components and finished assemblies for accuracy, fit, and alignment.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.

• Work with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Test and troubleshoot mechanical systems and products to ensure functionality.

• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve assembly issues.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety procedures and guidelines.

• Complete production reports and documentation as needed.
