What You Will DoAssembly, disassembly, re-assembly, fabrication, repair and/or inspection of electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems.Set up and operate a variety of machine and hand instruments.Route, dispatch and expedite flow of material.Checks for work correctness. Specific duties will include material preparation and the assembly and rework of electronic and mechanical assemblies. Perform wire/cable preparation, installation, crimping, and torquing using hand instruments. All work is performed in accordance with written work instructions to prescribed standards.Ability to work with production resources and teammates to meet production goals.Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, demonstrated process.Perform in-process inspections in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.Develop more than one job at a time and have the flexibility to work across shifts.Adhere to detailed work instructions and quality standardsQualifications You Must HaveBasic computer and math skills.Experience with the use of common hand instruments (screwdrivers, sockets, ratchets, torque tools and analyzers, etc.)Shift job assignments based on production requests.Communicate effectively, develop more than one job at a time, and have the flexibility to work across shifts. Ability to work with production resources and teammates to meet production goals. Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, demonstrated process. Perform in-process inspections in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.Effective time management skills. Demonstrated motivation for continuous improvement.
